GROUP BUY DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
Any and all payments received for a Group Buy is considered a Special Order. If for any reason you are unable continue with a Group Buy, you can either sell your spot to another potential Buyer or we will give you store credit towards any other Powertrix Products in the full amount of the deposit / payment submitted. By submitting either full payment or deposit constitutes that you understand, acknowledge, and adhere by the Group Buy details and time frame.
Any Returns/Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will only be approved on complete, unopened and unused products.
No Refunds or Exchanges on any Special Order items. (The only exception would be with Group Buys. Please see above Group Buy Stipulations.)
