All New Powertrix Front and Fear Strut Tower Bars feature a robust 1 piece racing inspired design. This design eliminates any swivel or rotation of bolt points on a conventional 3 piece bar and increases its ability to prevent chassis flex.
Constructed on light weight aircraft grade aluminum and precision TIG welds, the bars weight a mere 1.98 Rear Bar & Front bar 2.30 lbs.
FRONT STRUT BAR
The Powertrix Front Strut Tower Bar features a dual bulk head design that spans the brace to increase rigidity and remain light weight with dimensions to allow clearance with in the engine bay. Cut outs for routing the fuel lines and throttle cable make for a clean and integrated install.
This One Piece T-6061 aluminum Strut Bar is designed to be the lightest at just about 3 lbs and most effective brace on the market for the Z32 as it eliminates flex and deflection of suspension and chassis energy in ways all other 3 piece "bolt-together, separated bar and mount style strut bars are unable to replicate.
(Note: the throttle cable cover will not fit with the front strut tower bar due to its low profile. Modification to the throttle cable cover is needed if desired to keep it on the plenum)
Exclusive Powertrix Instructions and Grade 10 hardware nuts and spacer washer is included for install.
Fits ALL 300zx Z32 TT, NA, Coupe, and 2+2
REAR STRUT BAR
The Powertrix Rear Strut Tower Bar uses a 1 ½” in diameter “beefy” roll bar inspired tubing for maximum chassis support.
(This helps tremendously with high HP cars in getting the power down evenly especially on aggressive drag launches).
