Cat Backs - X/H Pipes - Super Split Down Pipes - Test Pipes - MS Manifolds

POWER FLOW CAT BACKS & X OR H PIPES

Our Power Flow Cat Backs feature mufflers made using "Sebring Mufflers" and include an "X" or "H" Pipe.

Our Selection
Our cat backs feature our specially made x-pipes with or without resonators.  Mix and match aluminized and Stainless Steel (SS) if you wish.

RRRaaassssspppp!!!!!
If you are using no catalytic converters, your exhaust may have a rasp in it.  Twin Turbos are common for rasping around 3k RPM during acceleration.  Adding resonators in your x-pipe will help

Is it QUIET?
Our catbacks tend to be on the louder side.  We recommend resonators for anyone looking to quiet it down.  Non turbo cars are real loud!  THEY NEED resonators.  We recommend the h-pipe w/ resonators.  Please call for suggestions.

Featuring:  Dual Round Tip, Single Oval Tip, and Single Round Tip Systems

Introducing our new 3" Expansion Down Pipes

Increase power and torque throughout your entire power band and decrease turbo lag with these SZ designed pipes.

General information about how our Down Pipes work

The wastegate separator bolts to the down pipe and fits
in the turbo exhaust housing creating a perfect circle for the exhaust to exit like an external wastegate turbo.

5-Bolt Stainless Steel

3" Expansion Down Pipes

Finally available for sale!  Our new unique design improves upon our older super splits by increasing the overall diameter to 3 inches, using a coned expansion process.  Available in 4 or 5 bolt configurations.  Available only in Polished Stainless Steel.

Install Tips
These down pipes can be installed w/o removing the tranny.  However it is recommended you drop the transmission if you have a stock clutch and need to upgrade (5-speeds).  The bolts holding them on may seize or be extremely hard to remove w/o pulling the tranny.  Remove the brake master cylinder and battery.  New 02 sensors are also recommended.  If using old sensors, most of the time the pre-cat bung will come out with the sensor.  The bung needs to be removed first from the sensor and then you can reuse the old sensor with your downpipes.

Mike Smith - MS Performance Cast Manifolds

These manifolds are a must when upgrading to any size turbochargers.  We are proud to offer a more cost effective alternative that makes similar power gains to the expensive inconels without the cracking issues of stainless steel.  Manifolds include all necessary hardware for a truly simple installation.

Designed and created by Mike Smith with many years of rigorous R&D to provide you with the best in quality and performance.

High Heat Coatings & Wraps
Please do not coat the manifolds or wrap them. The stock heat shields can be used with the MS manifolds.   They are ready to use and abuse.  Coatings may flake off inside the manifold and destroy your precious turbine.  Besides, coatings will trap heat in the manifold which can lead to premature failure and cracking.  It gets hot enough as it is in that manifold.
